Jamie Foxx Returns To FOX For Sketch Comedy Series

Broadcasting network FOX and singer-actor Jamie Foxx are teaming for an all-new sketch comedy series. The TV series, dubbed the "Jamie Foxx Project," is reminiscent of “In Living Color,”
and will be produced by Foxx and Affion Crockett, who is set to co-star and co-produce the series. The half hour sketch comedy show will poke fun at today's popular culture with spoofs on television, movies, music videos, commercials and current events. Foxx plans to bring in a number of today's top comedians and there will also be guest appearances by various celebrities.

No date set as yet on the premiere.

Back in 1991, Jamie Foxx started his career on Fox’s sketch comedy series "In Living Color" until 1994. Many top names in the business started on that series including the Wayans Brothers and Jim Carrey. Crockett's credits include 'The Boondocks,' 'Nick Cannon Presents Short Circuitz, and 'Dance Flick'.

Will you be tuning in to see Jamie Foxx's return to Fox this season?
