Brandy Sued For Not Honoring Writing Agreement

This is a strange one but R&B veteran Brandy was reportedly sued by a DJ for pulling out of a deal to write and record a song with him. Marc Mysterio claims he paid Brandy $10,000 over a month ago, but Brandy has been absent for a session.

Mysterio claims he's lost more than $25,000 as a result of Brandy's alleged stand-off, reports TMZ, who have obtained the lawsuit. Brandy is currently gearing up for the second season of her VH1 reality series Brandy and Ray J: A Family Business along with their parents. The show will track the recording of a collaboration album with her and her brother Ray J, tentatively titled 'R&B.' The joint record is currently scheduled for a fourth-quarter release.
After collaborating with Timbaland, it was also reported that Brandy would begin work on her sixth solo studio album ,which Timbaland revealed was going to embrace her new rap alter-ego, as well as her singing. The project also includes production from Tricky Stewart, The-Dream, Danja, production duo Kadis & Sean, and Akon, among others.
