Kanye wants to bring his "Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy" to your town with some names you just might be familiar with. With millions of music fans impatiently waiting the release of Kanye West’s “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy”
the man himself seems to be already eyeing up the road and contemplating ways to bring his new material to the masses.
In an interview with MTV News following yesterday’s “Runaway” film premiere the Chi-Town rapper discussed possible tour-mates such as Nicki Minaj, Kid Cudi and Rick Ross and even multiple legs, saying, “I’d like to do different tours.”
The G.O.O.D. Music mogul went on to reveal he is contemplating a few lineups that would pair him with two or three of the most massive names in Hip Hop, “I’d like to do a tour with me and Jay. I think that’s an obvious winner right there.” He continued, “A tour with me and Wayne, maybe me, Wayne, Jay, and Drake. One thing though that I’m gonna do, especially with my tour this time, is I’m gonna keep it very, very, very hip-hop.” West was obviously referring, in that last line, to the stillborn “Fame Kills” tour he had planned with Lady Gaga last year that never got off the ground.
Kanye explained his desire to tour only with Hip Hop artists this time around by saying, “Tour is like church almost. It doesn’t really work if you got a Muslim-Christian church… What I figured out is I’m gonna keep the church really hip-hop.” We’ll keep you updated if and when any concrete tour announcements are made.
